At Genius, we began by baking gluten-free bread.

But our story doesn’t end there. Since our first loaf made its way into shops in 2009, we’ve continued to bring you gluten-free food that tastes great.

We’re delighted that our range now covers the brilliant basics, like soft white gluten-free bread, fibre-filled wraps, and protein-packed pasta – all gluten-free and bursting with flavour.

Starting the day with a great breakfast shouldn’t be off the table, either. Our gluten-free crumpets, pancakes, and range of breakfast bakes give you a wide variety of options for the most important meal of the day.

Packed with delicious Sunflower, Linseed and Poppy seeds for a tasty crunch, our Triple Seeded Farmhouse loaf makes a tasty alternative to everyday bread. Our recipe is high in fibre, low in saturated fat and free from artificial preservatives. This nutritious loaf is also packed with vitamins and minerals, and is a source of Omega 3.
