Eating Out?

Just because you're on a gluten-free diet it doesn't mean you have to miss out on the pleasure of eating out. More and more restaurants are catering for those on a gluten-free diet however here are our top tips for eating out gluten free:
  1. If you're visiting a new restaurant look to see if they have a menu on their website, or call in advance to check what gluten-free options they have.
  2. Don't be afraid to ask the waiter questions about what's in the dishes, especially when you're new to a gluten-free diet. If they seem unsure, ask pleasantly if you can speak to the chef.
  3. When eating out, take some Genius bread with you. Most restaurants will be more than happy to use these as part of your chosen dish.
