- If you're visiting a new restaurant look to see if they have a menu on their website, or call in advance to check what gluten-free options they have.
- Don't be afraid to ask the waiter questions about what's in the dishes, especially when you're new to a gluten-free diet. If they seem unsure, ask pleasantly if you can speak to the chef.
- When eating out, take some Genius bread with you. Most restaurants will be more than happy to use these as part of your chosen dish.
