Genius Mince Pie Ice Cream

A delicious way to serve our mince pies over Christmas

Ingredients

  • 2 Genius Mince pies, baked until golden brown at 200’C then left to cool.
  • 1 x1/2 litre tub of good quality vanilla ice cream, softened to soft scoop consistency

Method

  1. Roughly crush the mince pies and gently fold into the ice cream.
  2. Serve immediately.
