WOW, the first bread I looked forward to eating, even without toasting or warming up. As it was my first Genius loaf experience I indulged in door stops of thick toast with lashings of butter and jam! Yummy.

It is wonderful to enjoy just a slice of bread and butter, no mess of crumbs, no need to refresh. I usually toast my usual bread to give it some flavour, I toasted a slice of Genius, it took me back to my chidhood, pure heaven.

Genius is the right name because that is what it is, a stroke of genius! Absolutely loved it, it tastes, looks and feels like normal bread. It is lush!
