The Creation of Genius

Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne has a degree in physiology.

A trained chef, she is the co-author of the award-winning ‘Leith’s Techniques Bible’ and wrote the best-selling cookery book ‘How to Cook for Food Allergies’.

Lucinda is also a mother with three young children, two of whom have a food allergy or intolerance. She didn’t want them to miss out on simple treats like dunking toast soldiers into a boiled egg, so she baked literally hundreds of loaves on her way to creating Genius gluten-free bread.

Today it’s available for everyone to enjoy.
