It's Food Allergy & Intolerance Week (25th - 29th January) and Lucinda will be appearing live on the BBC's Working Lunch programme at 12.30 today. The Genius Team will all be tuning to have our own 'working lunch' whilst watching her! Hope you manage to tune in!

You'll find it in the Free-From section of Sainsbury’s stores. We recently asked our fans which recipe they would most like to see Lucinda, the founder of Genius, cooking in a video demo. The recipe that received the most votes was the Bread & Butter Pudding, which you can now see in our new video recipe section. Lucinda will also be cooking some other delicious dishes with Genius bread for you to watch and try yourself - French Onion Soup and Smoked Haddock Fish Cakes.
