Taking 3 years to come up with a bread recipe for all her children plus continuing to work with the worldy 'few' who are now encountering this problem, she is a pioneer for the rest of the mother's and industry. I have not tried the bread as I'm in the US, but would most certainly love to get it here for my son and myself who have both been recently diagnosed. Thank-you Mrs. Bruce-Gardyne!
