hi, just found your webaite and find it extremely helpful as i was diagnosed with coeliacs disease earlier this year and am finding it quite difficult at the moment to find gluten free products that i can eat. Thanks. Cindy.

At last someone has made a large gluten free loaf of bread, and it tastes just like bread and not like eating a slice of cardboard, thank you very much for getting the right ingredients to make this, as it is very much appreciated. xxx

I have been disappointed in the last two loaves I have bought as they are full of holes and therefor not easy to make up.

Thank you for creating a gluten free loaf that does not fall into the usual category that we describe as 'lead bread'. We have tested it and it does not break bones in your foot if you drop it!

Still in the trying-out stage of Gluten Free bread (diagnosed Coeliac just 3 weeks ago) but GENIUS is the first loaf not to just sit like a leaden lump in my stomach. I had a brilliant B.L.T.just like the old days!

After a disapointing (and stomach churning) experiance with supermarket own brand gluten free bread (tapioca doesn't seem to agree with me) I decided to give Genius bread a try. Now I know why Einstein keeps going Mmmmm. It's really good!
