Halloween is just round the corner and the shops are full of fancy dress costumes, buckets of treats for trick or treating and party supplies. Halloween and Trick or treating, or guising as it's known in Scotland and Ireland, is nearly as exciting as Christmas! Gluten-Free Sweets & Treats

Kids (and adults!) love to go trick or treating but it can bring fear to parents because sweets and chocolates might not obviously contain gluten.
