Genius Bread Scoops 3rd Award
Within six months of launching the UK’s first fresh gluten and wheat free bread into supermarkets, we have picked up a third award for innovation for Genius bread. The prize was received at a glittering ceremony for the UK Bakery Awards in London’s Park Lane Hilton.
After collecting the award from Ronnie Corbett, Lucinda said:
“This is overwhelming. A year ago we didn’t even have a brand, let alone a listing. But I had managed to find a great manufacturing partner and an enthusiastic investor and between us, with a lot of hard work and a very dedicated team, we made it.

Within weeks of its launch, Genius bread had become the fastest-selling free-from line in Tesco and will soon be available from Waitrose and Asda stores too.
