I have been eating Genius bread for many months now which is obtained from Tescos. I am getting loaves with a huge hole in the middle which makes it difficult to toast and slice. Why is this happening?

I live in Wellesbourne,Warwick
and the bread comes from Tescos in Stratford-upon-Avon.

At last a gluten free loaf that can be eaten straight from the bag without having to toast to take the awful texture and taste away. Many thanks

I have just bought my first loaf of Genius gluten free bread-how fantastic to eat something that tastes just the same as the "real thing".
I tested it out on my husband too and he couldn't tell the difference between Genius and his usual bread.

I have recently bought several of the new sliced loaves from Sainsburys in Redditch and they also have had a big whole in the middle. Would be interested to hear if this is just a blip! Your bread has been a life-saver though as we have gone gluten-free as a family to support my 5 year old daughter and I really missed my sandwiches ..... not any more!

Hi. I see that genius bread is being promoted by planet organic. I have been using this bread for a few months and I don't recall the bread stating it's organic. Is genius bread organic?
