I bought the genius bread in newry yesterday,i only opened it this morning, not expecting much to be honest, but oh my god,its gorgeous, just like "normal" bread! Fantastic,I won't be getting any other bread from now on. I just hope they start stocking it in Louth soon!

I was a little concerned about the last two batches I bought - quality control needs telling that the odd loaf is getting through with rather large holes in it.... bigger than 50p which goes through several slices. not ideal for sandwiches or toast. It is nice to find the crusts dont get too hard if toasted though.... I found several lots of crusts in the freezer the other day... think my daughter's carers thought it best not to use them. I've blitzed them and not wasting a crumb - great for crumble toppings and making schnitzels.

I bought some Genius bread, brown and white, today. It was every bit as wonderful as it claimed to be. the only problem is that, like so many other British foods on sale in Ireland, it costs a lot more here than in England...€4.95!

Wow, this bread is fantastic - just like 'real' bread. It is fantastic toasted as lovely and crunchy but also makes great sandwiches etc. Thankyou!

After nearly 4 years on a wheat free diet I used to dream of bread, just a sandwich or a piece of toast but as all fellow suffers know standard w/f bread is disgusting until GENIUS which is superb - I cant believe how much better it is than any of the others. Keep going Lucy how about croissants or baguettes or is that being too greedy? Anyway I am eternally grateful for all the hard work to produce such a splendid loaf!
