I would really like to see more information and awareness of Fructose Malabsorbtion as this affects a lot of people who have celiac disease and lactose intollerance and there are quite a lot of products that only cater for 1 of those. Many biscuits for example are gluten free but have dairy in them and a lot of sugar :(

I tried Warburtons GF bread and quite liked it. I think I prefer the taste of Genius though Genius sometimes gives me stomach ache because of the Tapioca starch :-(

I agree with Clare. I cannot eat gluten or diary but find it extremely hard to find products or recipes that cater for both. And I would love to see more 'healthy' , low calorie free from products.

I agree with Martha, Jenny and Clare. It seems to me that more and more people cannot eat the foods mentioned.
What I love about Genius is that it looks and tastes like "normal" bread and enables my son to take a packed up sandwich looking like all the other children's sandwiches for school lunch. That is fantastic- in fact it is GENIUS! Thank you Genius!

It is great to see Genius bread in the supermarkets but I am finding they only stock sliced bread which does not last very long. Also I prefer to decide on the thickness of the bread myself.

I find that keeping the sliced bread well sealed, in the bottom of the fridge it lasts a really long time. Essential to keep the bag sealed or the bread dries out.
Tried Warburton's white sliced - after 2 days it fell into crumbs, and was inedible. Flavour & texture suggested a lot of potato flour. No challenge to Genius, I will not buy it again!

I'm diagnosed since 1999, and am thrilled with Genius bread. Thanks for a bread that tastes like bread should!
I am delighted with it well done.

I'm wheat, dairy and potato intolerant but luckily can eat them in moderation. I think Genius bread is fantastic and enables me to have my home made soup with lovely bread. I hope they bring out some other products soon like barm cakes etc.

I love genius bread but i wish i could get sliced on prescription. I cut it too thick when its unsliced and i am putting weight on.
