Yesterday we let the secret slip on Facebook & Twitter that on Monday 17th October our very first pizza will be hitting the freezers of Tescos. We're delighted to be launching our Genius Gluten Free Mozzarella Cheese & Tomato Pizza.
So, we thought we'd give you another sneak peak. This time behind the scenes at Genius and let you see what's been going on over the past couple of weeks - at the pizza factory and the Genius pizza lunch.

We think our pizza base is so tasty we thought we'd let you experiment with what toppings you'd like to add and we were delighted to read all the fantastic ideas on Facebook yesterday. Our favourite and winner of Mr Spoon was goats cheese, carmelised red onion, tomato, a splash of balsamic vinegar and a handful of rocket- mmm!

These pizzas are the best!!! Have tried many other wheat free ones and they are way too thick, salty and all dough and no topping!
