Coeliac UK Annual Conference
This Saturday - 26th June - Lucinda and some of the Genius Team will be at the Coeliac UK Annual Conference at Napier University, Edinburgh. Lucinda will be signing copies of her book ‘How to Cook for Food Allergies’ from 10.30 until 12. We will also have some great special offers on our 400g Genius bread!

As well as the food fair there are going to be lots of great talks on the day, including a ‘Coeliac Disease Myth Busting’ seminar and a Dietitics Clinic with registered dieticians offering personal ten minute consultations throughout the day. Our group has a coach coming up-looking forward to it. Love being able to get a sandwich at any Starbucks in the country-weve been to a few from Carlisle to Cheshunt!!its freedom from pack lunches for us so THANKS!!!
