Great News for Genius Fans!
Starbucks is now offering a gluten and wheat free sandwich made with Genius bread. The tuna mayo sandwich is the first to be launched in Starbucks stores made with pole and line caught Skipjack tuna with roasted tomatoes and basil mayo, topped with rocket leaves and served on Genius gluten free bread. We hope you go out and try one next time you’re near a Starbucks and let us know what you think.

Delicious Gluten Free Pancake Recipe
These pancakes are a great gluten-free alternative for Shrove Tuesday, or just as an everyday delicious dessert. The buckwheat gives a wonderful wholesome flavour. Why not try them with classic lemon and sugar, or for those with a sweeter tooth - jam, ice cream or chocolate spread.

We recently asked our fans which recipe they would most like to see Lucinda, the founder of Genius, cooking in a video demo. The recipe that received the most votes was the Bread & Butter Pudding, which you can now see in our new video recipe section.
