A fresh approach to gluten free

That’s what inspired Genius creator and food lover, Lucinda Bruce-Gardyne, to create the perfect fresh gluten-free loaf when she found two of her children had food allergies.

After literally years of slaving away in the kitchen she’s finally found the perfect recipe and here it is – Genius, a fresh approach to gluten free!

There’s nothing like the smell of toast wafting through the kitchen or dunking soldiers into a runny boiled egg. It would be terrible to have to give that up because of the gluten in wheat flour.
